What we take off your desk.

Six services that can be bought individually or run together as a standing supply arrangement. Most customers start with one urgent part and grow from there.

01 / Sourcing

Hard-to-find parts

This is the work we're known for. A machine goes down, the part is obsolete, the local distributor has nothing, and the OEM quote has a sixteen-week lead time. We start at the manufacturer and work outward — factory stock, regional reps, authorised surplus, and repair or rebuild options — until there's a real answer with a real date on it.

  • Identification from part numbers, nameplate photos, or a sample
  • Cross-referencing to current equivalents when a part is discontinued
  • Multiple quoted options with lead times, not a single take-it-or-leave-it price
  • Emergency handling for line-down situations, including weekend release
02 / Procurement

Purchasing on your behalf

Buying from the United States is easy until you actually try it. Suppliers won't open foreign credit accounts, won't quote in your currency, won't handle export paperwork, and won't answer the phone at your hours. We become the domestic buyer they're comfortable with, and the single vendor number your finance team is comfortable with.

  • One purchase order, one invoice, one vendor record for hundreds of suppliers
  • Payment in USD or EUR; local invoicing available through our regional entities
  • Blanket orders, supply contracts, and standing stock arrangements
  • Open order reports and expediting on every line until it lands
03 / Inspection

Verification before it ships

The most expensive error in MRO is a wrong part discovered on the shop floor, eight thousand kilometres from where it was picked. Every line that passes through our warehouses is opened, checked against the ordered part number, photographed, and recorded before it goes into the consolidated shipment — under our ISO 9001 procedures.

  • Part number, revision and serial verification against the PO
  • Photographic record of each line, sent before dispatch
  • Damage and packaging check, with re-packing for export where needed
  • Certificates and test documentation collected at the source
04 / Consolidation

Many suppliers, one shipment

Freight and customs are charged per shipment, not per part. Twenty small parcels from twenty suppliers is the single biggest hidden cost in international MRO buying. We hold your lines at our facility, combine them, and release on a schedule that suits your plant rather than your suppliers.

  • Receiving and holding at our Houston and Hoofddorp facilities
  • Weekly, fortnightly or on-demand release schedules
  • Single customs entry instead of dozens
  • Export-grade crating, palletising and marking
05 / Logistics

Export documentation and freight

Paperwork is where international orders stall. We prepare the documents ourselves so they arrive complete and correct, and we work with your broker — or ours — to get the entry cleared without a call from customs.

  • Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin
  • HS classification and country-of-origin declarations
  • Air, ocean and courier options quoted per shipment
  • Door-to-door delivery available in Mexico and Brazil through our local entities
06 / Cost

MRO cost reduction programs

If you send us twelve months of MRO purchase history, we'll come back with a line-by-line review: where you're paying distributor margin on something available direct, where an equivalent part costs a third as much, and where consolidating volume changes the price band. No fee for the review.

  • Spend analysis across your recurring MRO categories
  • Alternate and equivalent part recommendations with datasheets
  • Volume and blanket-order pricing negotiated on your behalf
  • Landed-cost comparison, not just unit price
ISO
ISO 9001
Certified quality system

Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified. Every order is handled under documented procedures for sourcing, verification, packing and dispatch — which is why our inspection step catches wrong parts before they leave the country. Request a copy of the certificate.

Start with one line.

Send a single part number and see what comes back. There's no account to open and no minimum order to place.
